Sep 8, 2018 · If I plug the dongle in another PC it works and I can enable/disable it in Devices in Settings. I tried multiple USB ports on my PC and non of them work. I ran troubleshoot in Settings and it says "Please try using an external Bluetooth adapter to add Bluetooth capability on this PC", even though my dongle is plugged in.

It is called: "Realtek RTL8723AU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter" I tried uninstalling it but every-time I restart my computer, it reinstalls itself.
